In-Store Return Policy

At The Hammered Dwarf, we know that sometimes purchases don't work out. Sometimes it was just not the right choice for you at that time, and sometimes there was an issue or miscommunication. That's alright!

Hammered Dwarf Games accepts any return with a receipt within 30 days of purchase, if the game appears to be in the same condition as when it was sold.

If the return is valid, a representative will assess the condition of the game at time of return.

• If the game was sold new, it must be returned fully packaged as it was sold. Typically, this means with the shrinkwrap intact.
  • An exception can be made by a manager if the return is due to a game having been shipped with incomplete or damaged components.
• If the game was sold used, it will be assessed to ensure that any wear and tear on the product was present at time of sale. Hammered Dwarf keeps a photographic record of the used games it takes in and sells to ensure consistency for its customers.

Should the game appear to have been damaged after the time of sale, or if the return is beyond the 30 day limit or without a receipt, Hammered Dwarf is happy to arrange purchasing the game through our Used Game Trading program. As this is not a return, Hammered Dwarf does not guarantee purchasing a used or damaged game at the same rate as it was sold to the customer.
